I have a Ph.D. in Physics, M.S. in Materials Science, and B.S. in Chemistry. I have been a technical/QA and marketing manager up to CTO/VP level for over 30 years (10 with start-ups, 10 with multi $B manufacturers, and 10 working independently as a consultant) in thin and thick films, displays, back-lights and systems in signage, analytical, medical, avionic and automotive instrumentation. I have been active in solar cell R&D for some 7 years. Activity includes writing several grant applications, and some 30 proposals winning funds from government departments worldwide. I have some 18 publications, 70 published articles in electronic displays and 21 patent applications. Work has also included patent analysis. For several companies, I have contributed in writing business plans and many reports.
